OFFSIDE SPRITZ

Ingredients

3cl Illusionist Gin FCB Edition 
2cl Elderflower syrup 
12cl Sparkling wine 
Soda
Rosemary sprig 
Grapefruit wheel

How to make

Fill a copa or wine glass with ice, gin and the Elderflower syrup, then stir. 

Fill with your sparkling wine of choice, but leave enough for a spritzer of soda. Garnish with a grapefruit wheel and a rosemary sprig. Cheers!
