This riff, commonly referred to as the Kingston Negroni, is well-known in upscale bar culture. However, with our unique non-Caribbean rum, our version delivers an even more spectacular flavour profile.
The fruity notes combined with butter toffee nuances pair exceptionally well with the vermouth and bitter liqueur, enhancing the drink's complexity.
Give it a try, and you might find it dangerously tasty enough to prefer over the gin version...
3cl Sentinel Scented Rum
3cl Vermouth (e.g. Berto Rosso)
3cl Bitter Liqueur (e.g. Campari)
Orange zest
Cocktail Scent of your choice
Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice and stir until chilled. Strain into a tumbler over a large ice cube, then garnish with an orange zest and a single spray of your favourite cocktail scent.
