3cl freshly squeezed lemon juice
2,5cl Simple syrup
3-4 tbsp sugar for the glass rim

How to make
For the lemon-sugar rim, spread about 3-4 tablespoons of sugar on a small flat plate and mix with the fine zest of a lemon.
Pour all the ingredients into a shaker over ice and shake for 30 seconds.
Moisten the rim of a chilled Nick & Nora glass with a little lemon juice and dip the rim in the lemon sugar. Strain the drink into the glass and garnish with a lemon twist.
