6cl Illusionist Dry Gin
3,5cl freshly squeezed lemon juice
2,5cl Simple syrup
1 Eggwhite or 1tbsp Aquafaba
Lemon zest
Combine above elements into shaker without ice, shake. Now add ice to shaker and hard shake. Double strain into coupette. Garnish with a lemon zest.
