GIN LAVENDER LEMONADE // Illusionist Gin

Surprise your guests at upcoming spring parties with this star of a cocktail. Lavender unites flavour and colour in this fabulous looking drink.

Ingredients

5cl Illusionist Dry Gin 
2cl Créme de Violette
10-13cl Lemonade
Lavender sprig

How to make 

Pour the gin and Crème de Violette into a highball glass of your choice, then add ice cubes. Top up with a lemon soda of your choice and garnish your cocktail with a sprig of lavender. Cheers!
