The Sentinel Rum Bundle brings together the full expression of our craft: one bottle of Sentinel Rum and 2x purpose-built lab-grade borosilicate beakers designed for the perfect serve.

Built on a Wedderburn-style Caribbean blend, the Sentinel combines Dominican smoothness with a precise touch of Jamaican high-ester rum, creating a profile that moves from rich toffee and dark chocolate into ripe fruit and dried fig, finishing warm and persistent. Through our proprietary Acoustic Ageing process, integrating Pedro Ximénez sherry, American & French oak, the rum achieves remarkable depth, balance, and structural clarity.

Encased in a dark-red satin-finished bottle inspired by rum’s maritime legacy, the Sentinel bridges heritage and innovation in both flavour and design. Complementing the bottle are two lab-grade borosilicate glass beakers (65mm diameter), each printed with measure lines reflecting our recommended rum, ice, and ginger beer ratio for the Perfect Storm serve. Durable, precise, and unmistakably on-brand, these beakers remove guesswork and elevate the ritual from simple mixing to intentional craft.
